How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal acc

Shipping
I usually ship USPS, first class mail. I do combine shipping on multiple orders and try to keep the costs reasonable. If it turns out that I've overcharged more than a dollar or so on postage, I'll send you a refund for the difference. 

  Postage for IG & Whippet Sizes

                          US         $3.25 first item +  $1.50 each additional lead

                        Canada    $9.000 first item+  $5.00 each additional lead

                        Australia   $14.00 first item+  $7.00 each additional lead

Postage for Greyhound, Large Dog Size

                         US         $3.25 first item +  $1.50 each additional lead

                        Canada    $10.00 first item+  $5.00 each additional lead

                        Australia   $14.50 first item+  $9.50 each additional lead

Overseas customers are responsible for any inbound, customs fees or levies.  Usually, there aren't any, but once in awhile, there's a surprise.  Tracking information is available on domestic orders only.  Once a package leaves the US there is no way to track it or confirm delivery.  Please allow 3 weeks for overseas delivery (it's usually only 1-2 weeks). 

I've had very good luck with the postal service..they seldom lose a package.  Please contact me if your order happens to be one of the unlucky few that gets lost.  I will replace it or refund your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
I do accept returns of new, unused leads and will do exchanges or refunds depending on the circumstances. Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem.

Repairs

Polypropylene webbing is a loose, open weave fabric.  It is extremely strong and has a breaking strength of 600-800 lbs.  However, if it is damaged, even slightly, it will start to unravel.  Quick repairs can be made by holding an open flame, such as a match or lighter over the damaged area.  Move quickly.  The polypropylene will melt almost instantly-sealing the broken fibers.  If the leash webbing becomes worn or damaged beyond this quick repair and needs to be replaced, then contact me.  I can replace the leash section, no charge.  Just include the return postage to send it back to you.
